the pattern shifts
as time passes
the waves breathe in rhyme
as the mirror mimes the hearts
of those that listen
to the dance

and so it came to pass
that time was not linear
it was essential to be patient
breathing in rhythm
in the moment
from one moment to the next
forging a way

FOUR ACES - Patricia Strout

STROUT POEM

to live one's reality amongst the dominant paradigm
is to do battle
without speaking a word
or evoking any action
to exist
is to defy
specific breathing will change the wind patterns

alas the lass continued
blind as a bat forward
or so she thought
but that's what mattered
really

SPROUT'S SPHERICAL DIAMOND GOD THEORY

Imagine what appears to be a spherical diamond
that is actually made of many facets -- say a limitless number that always changes because each facet represents all of reality and life in it:  life, death, change.  The facets would always change
but the sphere would stay constant.
The whole is the changing facets and the sum of them at any moment represents God.
The sphere and its possibilities is the equation of God.
God is always changing.
God is the consensus of the whole at every moment:  This is an old concept with new visuals.
How does this help?
It explains that we are all god,
that one facet can influence all of the whole, because it's all connected.
Realizing that it's all connected could change our  behavior.
Everything is energy, God is energy.
Energy is just energy; the source, the intent,  is not the same as the energy,  and yet it is the energy.
Good energy and bad energy and all the shades of gray in between are the same but interpreted differently:
Choice.
Each moment God is different, yet the same,
the same equation, different sum.
Each moment involves choice of how to interpret the energy,
and therein lies the power of creating reality --
and so we are god, should we choose so.
